About Wendy Moore CNP, ROHP/RNCP

Wendy is a practicing Certified Nutritional Practitioner, and is a professional member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants earning the designations Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner. She graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition earning First Class Honours. Wendy is also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, personal trainer and fitness coach.

Wendy has been an active member of the health and wellness field for the past decade. Whether it be coaching, motivating or educating; Wendy has always found her passion in helping others discover their innate happiness and achieve their wellness goals. Her strength and dedication allow her to achieve her own goals as an accomplished competitive athlete. She has trained and raced in a variety of disciplines specializing in long course triathlon and Ironman races.

In her nutritional practice Wendy offers individually tailored programs that help people address their health from a holistic perspective. She believes the best way to truly overcome one’s health concerns is to identify the root cause of the imbalance, and address the whole person using a balance of diet, lifestyle and possibly supplementation.

As a practicing nutritionist, athlete, yogini, partner and mum of a tenacious teenage girl, Wendy has learned the importance of finding balance in one’s life and uses her own experience and passion to inspire others.
